I admit it. The last few months haven't been the best.
Despite some great achievements along the way and some very kind comments from friends and loved ones, I'm struggling with feeling unappreciated and unloved.
Just recently, I had a long and difficult discussion with someone close to me. It wasn't fun. I didn't enjoy it. They didn't enjoy it.
To be honest, I spent almost the entire time blaming this person for my current predicament...
This morning, I discovered a post from Henrik Larson @ The Positivity Blog - "How to Overcome Victim Thinking: 3 Powerful Steps".
I found the article very helpful and if you ever find yourself or someone you care about in a similar situation, hopefully it will provide some solace for you or them too.
